I met Amanda and John to show them a listing of mine and we instantly clicked. That home went under contract right when they made their offer so they were very disappointed as they did not understand how quickly the inventory was moving in this market. We met again to go look at some homes that fit their criteria thought we had found something they like but they just weren’t 100% and neither was I so we out one more time and found the perfect home- in a different area than what they would be in. It was totally renovated which meant low maintenance for them and had a full unfinished basement which meant endless possibilities over the next few years! They loved how close it was to the East Atlanta Village which was awesome considering they were moving in from Kennesaw!! Their commute time to work and school was going from 1 hour to 20 minutes- that is a life changer as most of you know! We put in offer on this great home and started negotiating to find out another offer had been submitted so now we were going to have to do a highest and best offer once again. They listened as we researched the solds in the area, remained calm and put in their best offer. Well you guessed it- we won the bid and went under contract on the home! Everything from there was smooth sailing all the way to closing 28 days later! They were so fun to work with! I am currently house sitting their new home while they are out of town and I can’t wait for the house warming party when they return!
