About the Builder:

Kevin Moody, the principle builder at UrbanCraft Homes, began his career in home construction at just 21 years of age. As an architecture student at Georgia Tech, young Kevin decided to take the bold move of designing and building custom homes in the Atlanta suburb of Peachtree City. This venture blossomed into Kevin Moody Custom Home Designs. In total, Kevin built more than 200 homes in Peachtree City over ten years and earned the Homebuilder’s Association honor of Builder of the Year. After Peachtree City, Kevin’s career included the design and construction of homes in the North Georgia Mountains, Midtown Atlanta, and Brookhaven. Seventeen years ago, Kevin’s career brought him to Atlanta’s eastside. Kevin has built more than 400 houses in Kirkwood, Eastlake, and Decatur, developing a reputation for quality, dependability and a quick smile. The eastside is also Kevin’s home where you are likely to run into him at a local grocery store, restaurant or neighborhood festival.
